Payment and billing

Payments are made by card on a secure payment page; a bank transfer can also be agreed with us. The seller is ROYALZEUS GLOBAL ADVISORS LTD (Cyprus) and the charge appears on your statement as ZEUS FINANCE. You receive an invoice by email. Packages are bought for a business, start at once and are not refunded except for a double or wrong charge: see cancellation and refunds.

Frequently asked questions

Do plans renew automatically?

No. A plan is prepaid for a month or a year and simply ends; we remind you before it does. When a plan ends, your data stays safe and readable, and the paid features pause until you renew.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The demo gives you your own copy of two companies in Cyprus with complete, invented data: try every screen and change what you like. When you sign out or close the tabs, the demo goes back to how it was. Files and PDFs from the demo are marked as samples.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, at any time from Billing. The unused days of your current package are taken off the new price, so on an upgrade you pay only the difference; on a downgrade the rest stays as account credit for your next purchase. You get a credit note and a new invoice, and your current package ends only once the new one is paid.

My business needs more than Enterprise. What then?

Ask for a Custom package: tell us the companies, employees and what you need, and we agree the features, limits, price and terms in writing. Custom can include every feature, or only those you need.

Are there packages for accountants and accounting offices?

Yes: Accountant Start, Accountant Pro and Accounting Office, for 10, 30 or 80 client companies, with the office tools (every client's month on one page, files in one ZIP, the month's close per client). They are sold only to confirmed accountants: in Cyprus with your ICPAC registration number, in Greece with your tax number in the AADE registry, or after a check by our team.
